Wind-in-your-hair enthusiasts!
Behind Buggy Désir is a small team of diehard lovers of La Désirade, sunshine, and above all... good laughs. One day we decided to share our passion for this wild island by offering you the best way to explore it: hair in the wind (or under a cap, for the more cautious among you!).
We won't lie to you, we pamper our buggies and quads even more than our own house plants. Every morning we check the tyre pressure, polish the bodywork, and whisper sweet nothings to them so they'll carry you to the end of the world (or at least to the island's lighthouse) safely!
Our mission? That you leave La Désirade with sand in your shoes, unforgettable memories in your head, and a big smile on your face. So come say hello to us in Beauséjour — we can't wait to hand you the keys!

How old do you need to be to drive a buggy or quad?
The driver must hold a valid driving licence. The deposit amount depends on age: €800 for drivers 27 and over, €1,300 for drivers under 27.
How does the deposit payment work?
The deposit can be paid by cheque, instant bank transfer, cash, or credit card pre-authorisation (€15 additional fee).
What are the rental hours?
Our vehicles are rented for the full day, from 9am to 3:30pm.
